was well attended and enjoyed. The
club was disappotntei In several of the
numbers, owing to the unavoidable ab-
sence of three of the entertainers; con-
sequently the program was shorter

singing and solos were much appreciat-
ed. particularly the solos of Mr. E. J.
Christie, who Is developing into an ex-
cellent singer, has a good voice, and a
very pleasing manner, and Is a credit
to any entertainment.

and make one division from 'Exeter to
Kirkton and the other from St. Marys

route they are asking for 'double 'ten-
ders. viz -One contract being to leave
Exeter after the arrival of the forenoo
train going north and to bit back front
IFirkton in time for the evening twain

eter in time for the morning train go-
ing south, and then to leave Exeter for
