Deceased has heen a long but patient sufferer frons dropsy, and *hoot a mouth ago went to the hn:pita) with the hope thatl' he .uuld obtain some relief but the disease had become deeply rooted hence his death. He was never married but has always resided on the 2nd cnn., where he was a tiller of the soil. The remains were brought to the residence of his broth- er Mich., from which place the funeral took place to the R.C. cemetery near here, a Targe number following in the procession.
