Let us show you
how easy it Is to shake the
flech9" Furnace
•
The "1 iecla" has four
grate bars. Each one
can he shaken separ-
ately. This means
that you can shake
down just the part of
the fire where the
ashes are, \vithout disturbing the rest of the coals.
With "I iecla" 'Triangular Grate liars, you can
get rid of all the ashes—save coal—keep the
fire bright and clean—and do away with sifting
ashes, because no fresh coal or half -burnt
clinkers come down in the ashpan.
We would be pleased to talk over the furnace question with you

NUPTIALS—BELL- GOULD.
A very pretty wedding was solemn-
ized at the home of Mrs. John Gould -
of Hay Township, at high noon, Wed,
nesday, , Oct. 14, when her youngest
daughter, Miss Carrie, was united in
marriage to Mr. Ww. G. Bell, a pros-
perous young farmer residing near
Hensall. in the presence of about eigh-
ty invited guests. The ceremony was
performed by Rev. Hart, of Hensall,
assisted by Rev. Smith, also of Hen-
sall. The bride, who was given away
by her brother, Mr. Will J. Gould,
looked charming in a pretty dress of
cream nun's veiling, Damned with silk
and allover lace. She also wore a long
tulle veil, held in place by a wreath of
orange blossoms, and carried a boquet
of white carnations and ferns. The
bride was attended by her cousin, Miss
Addie Turnbull, of Farquhar, who al-
so wore a cream nun's veiling dress,
trimmed with silk and carried a bo-
quet of pink and white carnations and
ferns. Mr. George Dick, of Hensall,
acted as best wan. The bridal party
took their places under a tastefully
made arch of evergreens and mistletoe,
to the strains of the wedding march,
played by Miss Gertrude hart, of
Hensall. The groom's gift to the bride
was a beautiful gold watch and
chain, to the bridesmaid a handsome
gold bracelet, and to the groomsman
a pair of gold cuff links. The young
couple were the recipients of many
useful and costly presents, showing
the esteem in which they were held itt
this neighborhood. A dainty wedding
dinner was served in the dining room,
after which the bridal couple left for a
honeymoon to Toronto and New On-
tario, the bride's travelling dress being
of brown Panama, trimmed with silk
braid and brown hat to match.
Guests were present from Hayfield,
1Vinghatn, Hensel!, Latchford and
other places. On their return Mr.
and Mrs. Bell will reside near Hensall.
We hope God will prosper, bless and
protect thenar in their wedded life.
