A clever rascal masquerading in the
uniform of a warrant officer cf the navy
has boon arrested at Greiz, in central
Germany.
For the last month this individual,
whose exploits in seine respect; re-
semble those of the famous Captain
of Koop nlek, has been visiting towns
and villages in the neighborhood of
Greiz in a naval uniform, decorated
with the Chem medal. Ile speedily
became known at most of the inns and

by the people frequenting these places,
probably for the sake of the uniform

extraonlinary oratorical equipment.
Ile harrangued his company about the
haidships of warrant officers and their
