The Lake Smith Conservationists are continuing their twenty- year tradition of visiting
grade five pupils In the tri -county area. During this time the LSC have supplied many
thousands of bird feeders, bat boxes, butterfly houses and bird houses at no cost to the
students or their schools.
At the end of their work sessions the pupils proudly display their very own feeders. They
can't wait to fill them with sunflower seeds and watch to see what bird will show up.
