A little rain didn't dampen Interest In the Dowson family history which is ample. Bill and Joyce Dowson and their three children set framed photographs and albums out for all to see as the Bluewater Heritage Committee unveiled the wall plaque that describes the lineage. The homestead was built in 1923 by the Clark family whose daughter and family attended.
