This popular coffee spot is proposing to reno- vate the interior and exterior of the existing Tim i lorton's in Grand 'fend. As part of the renovation they are also proposing to introduce a dual lane ordering area for the existing drive thru and to alter the existing Ontario Street, North driveway access along the north side of the building to slake it a one-way driveway system with two lanes; one to accommodate the drive thru traffic and one to accommodate access to the parking located along the north lot line. Lambton Shores Planner Patti Richardson explains that the design of the Tim Horton's site in Grand Bend has always been problematic as the site is small. "The changes proposed should improve traffic flow and better accommodate drive thru traffic," says Richardson, Grand Bend manager Tracy Payne says the con- struction will take a month, hoping to be hack into the store by November 8th with a grand reopening to follow a couple weeks later. Sadly, a virus has attacked the impatiens, and they're done. Mike provided advice on grass seed. There is now a more aggressive seed and it is best to buy good quality.
