Investigation revealed that on Saturday August 17, 2013 sometime between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m, unknown person(s) removed a deluxe model, electric golf cart from an open storage shed on the east side of the golf course property. The black Yamaha electric golf cart with chrome wheels appears to have been driven to the South/East corner of the • r 11 course property towards Morrison Line. The cart may have been loaded onto an awaiting vehicle located on Morrison Line. Additional description; it had a white canopy and white seats, "Ironwood" was written In red on the front and sides of the cart as well as half a green tree was painted on the sides. There were also white and black checkered decals on the side of the cart. Anyone with Information about this theft or knows the whereabouts of this golf cart Is requested to contact the Huron County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800.222-T1PS (8477), and you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000. OPP is advising residents of the area that 58 -year-old Brian Thomas Douglas Hamilton has been released from cus- tody and is now residing on Main Street in Exeter, Ontario. He has previou' convictions for; Sexual Assault, Inde- cent Assault on a Female, Criminal Har- assment, Assault, Failing to Comply with Recognizance and Failing to Com- ply with a Probation Order. Hamilton recently completed -a cus- todial sentence, and is now released. He is bound by a number of conditions which include; to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, abstain from the purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol and non-prescription drugs and may not enter any premise where alcohol is sold or served as its primary source of income, have no contact with named individuals, reside at a resi- dence approved by the Probation Officer, abide by a curfew be remaining in his residence from 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. daily unless for the purpose of traveling directly to or from his place of employ- ment, be physically available to meet with police upon request to ensure compliance of the recognizance, report any girlfriend or intimate relationships to OPP immediately. He is also prohibited from possessing any firearm, crossbow, prohibited and restricted weapon, prohibited device, alnmunition, prohibited ammunition, explosive substance or anything that is designed or could be used as a weapon as defined by the Criminal Code. Hamilton is described as male, white 5'9", 150-160 pounds, bald and blue eyes.
