Lambton County Ontario

Watch for children playing in park
areas and on side streets. Be

stay off of your cellular phones.
' When approaching bicycles,
slow down and pass when it is
safe to do. Give the cyclist a full
lane when possible.
Detachment Commander
Inspector Scott Janssens
encourages parents to discuss
pedestrian and bicycle safety with
their kids. "Talk to your kids about
the importance of walking on the
sidewalks and using crosswalks
to cross roadways whenever
possible. Insist your children wear
bicycle helmets and set a good
example by wearing yours!”
Bicycle helmets are mandatory
for everyone under the age of 18,
