Wetsch told the Lakeshore Advance you would be hard pressed to realize the two actors had never worked together. 'ihese two actors fit Tike a glove- you, as a theatregoer slid not want to miss two seconds of what they were saying, of what their mes- sage was. Mitch was a student of Swartz, and even in school they had a close- ish relationship. At graduation, Mitch promised to keep in touch- and didn't. Sixteen years later they did connect and as Morrie was dying, Mitch met with him every Tuesday. As the tears fell, and they did, every person in the audience thought about a friend, a family member, of their own personal experience. 'this production is more than thought provoking --it is more than a lesson in morals and life- I )uvvnie and Welsch makes life real in a way that you will listen to. Tuesdays with Morrie is a true story and there is iso better experience, even if you have read the book, than what you will find at the i luron Country Play- house until July 13th. Get your tick- ets- you will not be disappointed. Bluewater Biz Mark Cassidy Afirst for Bluewater! The new Splash Pad officially opened Canada Day weekend in Bayfield. Now Clan Gregor Square has a wet play area that's lots of fun for the entire family, no matter what your age or ability. The Square is an excellent location. It is centrally located in a large community park with green space, playground equipment, and a pavilion. The Square has great access and is just steps from the Main Street shopping district. So who can use the splash pad? If you can get water on you, then you can use a splash pad. Children adults even grandparents and people any age can use the splash pad. Plus the splash pad is a wonderful way to attract families to Bayfield during the long hot summer days. Young children need to stay cool and a splash pad is something kids of all ages and swimming abilities can enjoy in a safe and unstructured play environment. Congratulations to the Bayfield Optimist (:Luh who fed an amazing community fundraising campaign to bring this youthful feature into the heritage village. All in all the splash pad project demonstrates that when a community comes together it can slake dreams come trite.
