braved the elements and enjoyed a
night of golf at Oakwood Inn Resort
Men's Golf League on 'Thursday June 6,
2013. Jason Heywood shot a 37 to win
Flight A. Mark Sutherland fired a 37 to
win Flight 13. Bobby Jones counted a 43
to win Flight C. Jilts Carr scored a •lt; to
win Flight D. Closest to the pin on 18
was Dwight Jennison. Listed below are

19 ladies enjoyed a round of golf
in the Wednesday Ladies Golf
League at Oakwood Inn Resort on
lune 5, 2013. The course is in great
shape and it is very encouraging to
see more ladles taking part in the
ladies league. if we can sustain the
numbers we will be going to two
Flights and start recognizing the low
grosses. The three top low grosses
for this week were Michelle Hall,
first night a 42, Jatene Coates, first
night a 43, and Daphne Jackson a 45.

Krys Barch visits Hensall school
NHL hockey player, Krys Barch attended the Track & Field awards assembly at Bluewater Coast last
Wednesday. Barch, who plays right wing for the New Jersey Devils, presented the overall winners with a
medal. Barth discussed the importance of participation and stressed how students should make physical
activity part of their daily lives.
