Although the Lambton County's artist is highly sought after, few know his name and even fewer know of his studio in (rand (lend. On the weekend of May 4 and 5, he will open the doors of his Lakeview Studio for the rare opportunity to see a 50 -year true sp('ctive of his work.' I his is part of Art, Eats and Beats that has more than 20 studios and galleri:'s in the area participating. Across the country, Wallis has been chosen to create more than (tilt) windows. I1 is work has been photographed by Karsh, unveiled by the queen and exhib- ited in Expo 67 and the Museum ofCivili- zation. A detail of one window was even used in a Canadian stamp, Wallis' impres- sive windows can be found in Ottawa's Rideau Hall, Osgoode Hall, Vic- toria's Christ Church Cathedral and Cal- gary's St. Stephen's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
