$40,000 raised for cardiac units
The South Huron Hospital Foundation held Its 4th Gala evening on Thursday, March 21 at the South Huron Recreation
Centre. me sold out event was hosted by Darren Kints and Jeff Keller. Michael Vanhevel crooned during the cocktail hour.
Dr. Ken Milne thanked everyone for their support which keeps our hospital up to date with equipment and technology
which in turn attracts doctorls•and medical professionals. Thanks to generous donations over $40,000 was raised at ttg
gala and will be used to help purchase two cardiac telemetry units for the Inpatient unit. The entertainer for the evening'
was Canadian icon, comedian and author Red Green. it was a gnat evening. Red Green did not disappoint. He kept
us laughing and our community came through for us again. We are very appreciative of the support." Sandra Faber,
