1st. 2013 marks the 20th anniversary for
the Big Bike.
The Big Bike is a team event geared
towards community inganixations,
companies and groups. Teams state up
of 29 enthusiastic riders committed to
raise a minimum of $50 each.'1he Doan
dation and riders pedal through their
community in support of heart disease
and stroke research provides a driver.
This year's event will begin al St,
John's By the Lake church and cruise
down Main Street where participants
will have the opportunity to hoot and
holler and "embrace your inner child."

hour ride is finished.

replaced in the Warden's chair, Bernie
Maclellan,
MtacLellan's charges were addressed
at the 11uron County Courthouse Mon.
Feb. 11 in Ontario (;hurt of Justice. 11e
is facing two charges of assault with a
weapon. Maclennan wits at council
chambers the day atter, representing
11aeon East.
Maclellan, Mayor of gloms East, is
also Past Warden of Iluran County.
Maclellan told the Signal Star be is not
commenting an the charges against
hint. The County Council meeting
started at 9 a.m. but the session was
soon paused and media and public
were asked to leave for ;111 in camera
session that lasted about 10 minutes.
