AN RFP FOR ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING
SERVICES TO DESIGN ANI) OVERSEE THE
CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF
'I'IIE NEW ZURICH LIBRARY
The scope of the services will include preliminary design, final
design, tendering and construction administration services. The
intent of the Municipality, is to utilize a construction management
limn to complete the construction of the Library. The successful
architect will, in conjunction with municipal staff, prepare the
RIP for construction management services and select a construc-
tion management firm to complete linal construction estimates,
tender the individual suhtrades, and provide construction man-
agement services.
Sealed proposals responding to the RIP (facsimiles will not be ac-
cepted) must he clearly marked, "The Municipality of 1lueswater.
Zurich Library Project". The RIP will be received by the ('AO,
Steve McAuley at the Municipality of Bluewater, 14 Mill Ave..
Zurich, ON NOM 2TO until February 15, 2013 by •1:10) p.m.
A shots list will be selected based on predetermined criteria. The
short listed limns will be interviewed.

Zurich, Theodore Terrance "Bill" Bedour, of
Zurich, passed away on Wednesday,
January 30, 2013, in his 85th year. Beloved
husband of Gloria Jean (Bloomfield)
Bedour. Dear father of Susan Wildfong and
Pat Flanagan of Zurich, Stephen and Laurie
Bedour of London, Carolyn and Joe Rau of
R.R. 2, Zurich, Dan Bedour of Zurich, Tim
and Rita Bedour of Mitchell and Patti Ann
and Charlie Johnston of Thamosford. Loved
by his grandchildren Amy (Rob) Burk,
Corey (Lesley) Wildfong, Meghan, Brooke
and Taylor Bedour, Ben Bedour, Rebecca
and Dallas Hodgson, Tyler, Katelyn and

Ont on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11

the church from 10 a.m. until service time.
