The intent of the Municipality, is to utilize a construction management limn to complete the construction of the Library. The successful architect will, in conjunction with municipal staff, prepare the RIP for construction management services and select a construc- tion management firm to complete linal construction estimates, tender the individual suhtrades, and provide construction man- agement services. Sealed proposals responding to the RIP (facsimiles will not be ac- cepted) must he clearly marked, "The Municipality of 1lueswater. Zurich Library Project".
