Break, enter and theft in Forest
Lambton County Ontario Provincial
Police (OPP) is investigating a break
and enter that occurred at the St. Vin-
cent 1)e Paul sloe( on lathe's Street
sometime between 5:00 p.m. on
December 14, 2011 and 6:O0 a.tn, on
December 15. An unknown person
gained entry through the locked front
door and stole an undisclosed amount
cash before leaving the premises
trough the back door.

vehicle, undisclosed amounts of suspected Mari-
huana, suspected Oxycodone, drug paraphernalia
and Canadian currency th'ef't located and seized.
'the estimated value of the seized drugs is Just over
$5000. As a result of the vehicle stop, a 48 year old
'Medford 111811 was expected to appear for a hail
hearing in a Sarnia court on December 19.
Drug related Investigation
On December 18, Lambton County Ontario Pro-
vincial Police officers were conducting a drug
related investigation on Thomson Line in the area
of Highway 21. At around 4:00 a.m., officers
noticed a Chevrolet vain acting suspiciously in the
same area and they stopped the van. Asa result of
that vehicle stop, a 31 year old Medford woman is
facing charges of Possession of a Controlled Sub-
stance and Driving while tinder Suspension. She
will appear in a Sarnia Court 00 January 18, 2012.
Over the legal limit

County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers
stopped a Chevrolet car on Victoria Street, While
speaking with the driver it was determined that he

halt been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subse-
quent tests indicated that he was ()ver the Legal
Limit. During a search of the vehicle an undis-
closed amount of Cannabis Resin was located.
An 18 year old Forest man will appear in a Sarnia
Court on January 16, 2012 to answer to the charges
of Tieing Over the legal 1.10111 and Possession of a
Controlled Substance.
