Padding- tons- The Place to lie" she means it and with her partners Paul 'Filson and Billy Earle they do everything in their power to make your dining and entertainment experience the hest that it can he. When Jen Gaukroger decided to move on- this group decided they wanted to jump on the bandwagon and run the operation themselves. Linda had already been bartending and they knew as a team they could stake that happen. With the help of bar manager Lee Marcoux and chef Dean Williams and their loyal long-time staff Gord'l'ozier, Pam Siddel, Kim Auger, Kelly Jackson, and Jeff Kennedy they really do make this place inviting. At Paddingtons you are a stranger only once. With a new menu out this week Linda says it is important to their crew that they are individual. She said there are so ninny great establishments with their own signature menu items- there is something for everyone In the commu- nity. Paddingtons is an English Pub and that is the fare they are known for. Their authentic cuisine includes traditional lamb dinner on Sunday, bangers and Harsh, their own steak and Guinness pie and there is always Guinness on tap. You can always find traditional pub food- something for everyone. 'The food is made fresh on the premises with a kitchen that is open to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
