Speak said he believes this is a very obtainable
option for council and hope "vote take advan-

choose to move forward i11 closing this issue. "
Councilor Doug lionesteel said Speak has hit
the nail on the dead as to what this municipality
needs. "1 spent a lot of time in pool halls as kid,
didn't expect to do that now," he said referring to
the council chambers donning a pool table.
Councilor Martin Underwood says he
understands frugal but thinks this should he a
budget item. ('This was in the 2011 budget but
there %very no dollars available). Councilor Ruth
llluian said she was aware the Assessibility com-
mittee had already earmarked this i11 the '2()12
budget- but if not she agreed they needed to do
it following the proper protocol for sourcing.
Councilor 1 orrie Scott thanked Speak for taking
the initiative of sending the letter and although it
