will be held 'flies., Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. in the
g'ym. Snow date is Dec. 14.
The Lions Club will be holding its
Christmas dinner party with spouses
attending Wed., Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. at
Smiley'z in Zurich.
Be sure to save the stamps off your
Christmas cards for the mission. They
can he dropped off at St. Boniface
Church on the shelf at the hack of the
coat rack.
'Ihe next men's breakfast will he held
at the Mennonite church hall Sat., Dec.
10 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $7 per

Christmas service at the Lutheran
church Wed., Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. Everyone
is welcome.
Pop cans are still being collected by St.
Boniface Parish as a fundraiser for the
church. They can he dropped off at the
homes of Doug Delius, Zurich, John
Jacobs, Itensall or Mike Miller, St.
Joseph's.
The Monday night ladies howling
league held its Christmas potluck social
Dec. 5 followed by a fun time with
exchange of gifts.
St, Boniface CWI. Christmas sleeting
took place Dec. 6 in the parish hall with
new president Kathlene Roulston and
her executive, recording secretary
Lorene Ayotte, treasurer Joan Regier and
past president Theresa Kester. After-
wards all enjoyed it gift exchange and
dessert social.

Nov. 18; to Diane and Ken Clarke, 11113 Zurich on the occasion
of their 40th anniversary on Nov. 27. A family party was held at

It Was nice to have our youngest daughter, Meagan Sweeney
conte for the weekend from '1'oronto. While here she helped
her dad put up the Christmas tee. After Mass at St. Peter's on
Sunday we all enjoyed a family brunch, then headed for Lon
don to the mall for a couple of hours (1 rode around in a wheel
chair) then we too Meagan back to the bus station.

on Dec. 2. Keith's is the daughter of Karen and Danny.

family attended the wedding of son 'Michael and Ileatrii
Steckle held in London on Nov. 25. The couple is liwing in
Aylmer.

A surprise 50th birthday get together was held to help Karen
Masse of Zurich celebrate her big day Dec. 5 along with daugh
ter Kaitlyn who was 16 years old on Dec. 2. Family members
were on hand for the occasion.
Little Danica Jeffrey, daughter of Kelly and Jordan was wen
carred into the Lutheran Church Dec. 4 through the rite of
holy baptism by Pastor Nadine at the morning service. A fam-
ily get together was held afterwards.
