'P proud Canadian for 80 years" was the
occasion to celebrate.
At Lambton Heritage Museum, Lake Smith
Conservationists did organize an afternoon
to enjoy, for friends, former and present
neighbours, and my family members.
There was plenty_food service for all, des-
serts and a big "ongratulations" cake with
the Canadian flags and photographs.
Many photos taken, and unwrapping gifts.
The whose afternoon was a big and well
kept surprise to me. And I am thankful to all
who did Join In the celebration, and the "Big"
gifts 1 was to open up. Thank You All for the
great time.

VANBRUAENE, Prosper - We sadly
say good-bye to Prosper "Sparky"
Vanbruaene. He passed away
unexpectedly but peacefully Monday,
November 14, 2011, in his 84th
year. As one of the top technicians In
the area, Prosper ran a successful
automotive repair shop known as
"Prosper's Garage" He also dedicated
a great deal of time to the Grand
Bend Lion's Club, PUC, Medical Centre
and Flre Dept. Left with memories are
his beloved wife CyrIlla (Couweller)
Vanbruaene, loved children Jerry and
Rose Vanbruaene, Wendy and Mark
Heywood all of Grand Bend. Proud
grandpa of Danielle and Doug Jones,
Michael and Christie Vanbruaene, Ryan
Heywood, Ashley Heywood and fiance
Tony Regler and Bennett Heywood
and great -grandpa of Jessica, Kylo,
Bradley, Tyler, Kaitlyn and Mnkayla Jones,
Robert and Noah Vanbruaeno and
Dylan Regier. He wilt be missed.
Survived by brothers Lionel, Eric
and sister Hedwige all of Belgium and
many nieces, nephews and the Couwolior
families. Predeceased by his parents
Julien and Georgina and two sisters
Paula and Angelo. At the request
of the deceased a private family
service took place at the T. HARRY
HOFFMAN & SONS FUNERAL HOME,
Dashwood, Thursday, November 17, 2011.
The Rev. Father Thomas Donohue
and Father Grog Blonde officiated.
Interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand fiend.
