It hu been a Whirlwind since Toronto's
Jordan Clark was selected as One of the top
gZ of So You Utak You Can Dance Canada.
Now that she has danced her way to the top
eight—she is "awestruck." •
What she is not is takingaaytn` for_
granted. This yyooung woman *ori std
to make her dreams comb true. Her grand-
mother, stand Bend's Bitty Nuttall says she
has always worked hard- and it shown.

She is tenacious. Her personality 'Shines in
every move on stage- her facial expansion
leaving no doubt she is having a blast at what
she does best.
Clark, 19, is a Contemporary dancer from
Tottenham. Her lister Madison is also *
dancer and the two workout togeth 4 Madi-
son helping her older sister with practices.
Nuttall and her friend Sharon Crump are ,
having the time of their lives as they go'te
this talented woman's tapings. They marvel
as the talent of the dancers and their pure
dedication. It is nerve wracking though, not
only forthem but also for Jordan's mom
Connie.
'She' is pumped," says Crurnp adding how
incredibly driven herr friend's granddaughter=
is. And as for the skhupycOstumes, grandma
rays that is all part ofwhat they hone to do to

Nuttall says everyone is still voting and'

SYTYCD airs on Monday nights with the
verdict on 'Motley.
Jordan credits the support of others in her
life for helping inept this fax in the compe-
tition. Nuttillvety proud,ofJordan stovft
she has just donne an Waging job. "She prac-
tices day and night- and it shows."
When asked what advice she bib for next
season's hopefuls. Jordan said training hard
in different styles and staying focused is most
important. Being a little Honoreaggressive is
also a large part of the competition that Jor-
dan strives to achieve.
SYTYCD Canada is aired on CTV - Tues-
day, August 30 at 8 p.m. ET (half hour) -
Results Show Monday, September 5 at 8 p.m.
