Zurich Public School played host to a special visit from voyageur Jay Bailey, who is an experienced traveller of the Northwest Passage, on Wednesday morning for an event that drew students from Hansell Public School. Event organizer Autrey Melick, a French teacher with Zurich Public School, notes the presentation is designed to educate students about the lifestyles of the Voyageurs who were the middle men between Hist Nations and for -trading companies In Canada's arty days. *Wits from the presentation ktckxied that each Vbyegeur crew, comprised of 18 men, featured one wonlaer whose sole purpose was to bad the men in song. A Restaurant art very proud to report that the Sth Annual Ladies Night for Breast Cancer was a huge great success. We raised a grand total of $9,600. We had awesome contributors, very F.I.N.E servers and a great turnout! The evening was a huge success and was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all involved!
