Most studies, It says, did not find
conclusive evidence of n link between
living near petrochemical plants and
health issues.
The review was carried out for a
group of community groups and lead-
ers working since 2007 to establish a
study that would determine if indus-
trial pollution is harming the health of
local residents.
"I would have liked to have had
something like a big light bulb that
goes on that says, 'Oh ya, they need to
have a health study," said Marsh, a
former municipal politician who is an
independent process observer of the
health study board, said about the lit-
erature review.
