The convicted fraudster figured he could
con the court, as he's conned so many oth-
ers, into stopping his online nemesis from
warning other potential clients about his
shady past.
Craig Hutchens, aka Sandy Hutchens,
Fred Hayes, Moishe Alexander and Moishe
Ben Avraham wanted Brent Hillier silenced
and for almost two years has used the courts
to do his dirty work.

Ontario superior court Justice Carolyn !for-
kins rebuked Ilutchens for misusing the jus-
tice system as his "sword".
She overturned a lower court's March
2009 injunction and gave Hillier full reign to
continue posting his scathing warnings
comparing hire to Bernie Madoff until a def-
amation lawsuit is decided.
"This is not a case where the words spo-
ken are devoid of substance," the judge
noted in her Ian. 5 decision.
"Indeed, it is difficult to imagine how, in
the face of this evidence, a motions court
could find Brent Hillier's words to be 'clearly
defamatory and impossible to Justify."
For Ilillier, it was a relief. 1 m just trying
to continue to expose him," he said from his
Goderich home adding he could not have
gotten this far in exposing Sandy Ilutches if
it hadn't been for the tremendous informa-
tion, encouragement, and support he's had
from so many people/victims, including
(Paul and Quinn) of The Ross Firm in
Goderich and his lawyer Brian Schiller from
Ruby Shiller law firm in lbmnto.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is
the courage to continue that counts, says
