Huron County Economic Development Services has partnered with the County's Public Works Department
and the Huron Tourism Association (HTA) to erect Ontario's West Coast, Huron County, signage at boundary

last Sunday. She also visit-

It was another. busy week at the
Wingham Golf and Curling Club.
Monday, Nov. 16 the daytime curlers got
the week started. Winning skips were Pete
Eskritt, Irving
Elliott, John Mann, Mac
Inglis, Ron McMichael and Bob Johnston.
Monday night men's league saw teams
Barry Simpson and Kyle Forster pick up
wins.
Tuesday .ladies winning skips were
Jenn Elston, Carol Horton and Emily
Elston. The Tuesday competitive league
had all four sheets of ice in action.
Winning skips were Art Devos, Bill
Devos, Earl Fitch and Kyle Forster.
Wednesday mixed league saw Tammy
Adams score two big points in the final
end to pickup the win. Other winners were
Rob Middleton and John Dybes.
Thursday, Nov. 19, the daytime curlers
highlight was team Bob Johnston scoring
three in the final end to edge out Jim (J.R.)
Coultes ? 6.
Other winning teams were Pete Eskritt,
Wendell Stamper, Stewart Leedham, Mac
Inglis and Ron McMichael.
Thursday mixed league saw Kyle
Forster pick up his third win of the week.
Other winning skips were Cam Alton, Phil
Eadie and Elli Schimanski. The Thursday
night Belgrave winning teams were John
Nixon, Murray McNichol and Murray
Sheill.
Friday night's mixed team winners were
skipped by Bill McDonald and Barry
Simpson.
Saturday tight the club hosted a
Christmas get together from North Huron.
The group enjoyed some curling, snacks,
a finger food luncheon followed by a
turkey roll on the curling rink. A good
time was had by all.
