The Wingham
and Area Health
Professional
Committee is
requesting that all
participating
municipalities pay
the full budget
amount for the
year instead of
having the fourth
quarter expenses
reconciled to actu-
al.
For 2009Huron-
Kinloss budget
amount is $17,069
and the expenses
of the third quarter
are $12,802.
Council decided
that they would
pay the budget
amount of $17,069
no matter what,
and will address it
for the 2009 budg-
et.
The committee
requested this so
they can get a
jump on •having
money for incen-
tives and get a
jumpstart on
recruiting new
doctors, which
they are currently
five doctors short
of where they
would like to be.
