Wingham theatre appoints new managing director
Wingham Heritage Theatre
is pleased to announce the
appointment of Judith Glover
as managing director of
Wingham Heritage Theatre.
Glover has over 25 years of
arts management. experience.
Her local experience
includes: manager of the
Roxy Theatre in Owen
Sound; box office manager
and director of marketing
and operations . with The
Georgian Theatre Festival;
and Blue Mountain
Foundation for the Arts -
Youth Programming.
Glover is currently serving
on the Board of Directors
for CCI: Ontario Arts
Presenters (professional
development); S teering
Committee for Ontario
Contact (volunteers); .Board
of Directors for Grey Bruce
Cultural Network
(Secretary), Heritage
Meaford (treasurer) - mem-
ber of The Architectural
Conservancy of Ontario; and

Friday night in Stratford, the
Lightning won 2 - 1 against
the Stratford Aces with Donee
Meigs (Owen Sound) putting
in both Lightning goals.
Saturday night .the Lightning
were the feature game during
the Mitchell Girls Hockey
Tournament, l winning 2 - 0
against the Sarnia Sting.
Marcie Landman (Drayton)
and Diane Bushell. (Lucknow)
were the Lightning : goal.' scer-
ers, with Sarah McGall (Owen
Sound) earning the shut -out.
On Sunday, the Lightning
travelled, to Sarnia to play the
Sting again, winning 2 - 1 with
Ashley Reid and Ona -
Mezenlerg (both from Owen
Sound) scoring the Lightning
goals.
The Saugeen Maitland
Lightning are next in action
this coming weekend for two
home games at the Howick
Arena: Saturday at 5 p.m. ver-
sus Chatham Outlaws and
Sunday at 3 p.m. versus
Cambridge Roadrunners.
