MORNINGSTAR
Dakoda "Koda" Morningstar, peacefully at
home with family by his side on Thursday,
Sept. 10, 2009 at the tender age of four years.
Koda of Port Elgin, cherished son of Alvy and
Laura, Loving brother of Jason, Branden and
Patrick. Beloved grandson of Rose and the
late Patrick Rumbolt, and Velma Momingstar
and the late Albert Morningstar. Koda will be
deeply missed by many family and friends.
Friends called at the W. Kent Milroy, Port Elgin
Chapel, on Monday, Sept. 14. The funeral
service was celebrated in the Port Elgin
Missionary Church, on Tuesday, Sept. 15 with
Pastor Gary Harvie and Pastor Bob Cotie offi-
ciating. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery.

PERRY
Barbara Mae Scott Perry, 80, passed away on
August 12, 2009 at the Hospice by the Sea in
Boca Raton, Florida, with her daughters by her
side. A gentle lady devoted to family, friends
and faith, Barbara was born June 3, 1929 in
Windsor, Ontario. She attended Western
College for Women and Michigan State
University, where she met her late husband,
Lawrence Raymond Perry. Barbara lived in
Michigan for 45 years before moving to Boca
Raton 20 years ago. A wonderful wife, mother,
nava and friend, Barbara will be remembered
for her beautiful smile and her skill as a dupli-
cate' bridge player. She enjoyed many sum-
mers at Bruce Beach and cherished her
friends and family in the Kincardine area.
Survivors include her children, Leslie Perry,
Scott Perry, and Rachel Barr (Greg); and four
grandchildren, Maya and Mazen Perry, and
Lauren and Julia Barr. Barbara will also be lov-
ingly remembered by cousins Nancy White
Thomas, Ann White and David Mackenzie, and
Loren and Marion Mackenzie. She will be laid
to rest next to her parents, Robert M. Scott and
Marguerite G. MacLennan on Saturday,
September 26, 2009, 9:30 a.m. at Kintaii
Cemetery in Ontario. - 39
