All the bands were very
gracious and compliment-
ed all of the hard work the
Kinsmen and volunteers
put into the event and
thanked the community of
Lucknow for having
them.
"I'm really happy with
the compliments that we
have received and how
well organized the event
is," said McMurray. "It's
a tribute to the committee
members and all of the
volunteers that put this
together and that showed
because of how well the
day went,"

council has backed the
event since its beginning
and continued to give
their support, which is
why Mayor Mitch Twolan
gave some supportive
opening remarks up on
stage before the concert
started. He .gave thanks to
everyone who .participat-
ed in making the event
great and to all of the peo-
ple who attended.
"All of the work that
has been ` put into the
event is just unbeliev-
able," said Twolan. "For
the Kinsmen and commu-
nity to pull an event off
like this is amazing and
the event . I think has put
Lucknow on the . map.
Council will always give
our support whenever the
Kinsmen and Lucknow
need it."
The music, the dancing
went on throughout the
day and the packed camp-
ing site across the road
from the concert was
another added attraction
for people who didn't
have to 'go that far and
wanted to relax before
and after the show.
Lucknow's Music in the
Fields had people danc-
ing, singing and just plain
enjoying themselves,
which is exactly what a
good country show
should do..
