Fund-raising effort seen through to successful conclusion
From page 9
While the
province's health
ministry does not
fund capital equip-
ment projects, it
had to clear the
way for the foun-
dation to commit
to the fund-raising
effort. Huron--
Bruce
uron-Bruce Liberal
MPP, Carol
Mitchell, lauded
the efforts of local
volunteers who
saw the project
fund-raising effort
through to a suc-
cessful conclusion.
"I'm so proud of
the community
and there was a
strong, determined
group effort to see
the CT project get
done," she said:`
This is an impor-

the need to send
patients out of the
county for diag-

"This renovation
and renewal will
provide services
far superior to•
what we had,,, Dr.
Don Neal said on
behalf of the hos-
pital's medical
staff. "The med-

the community,

developing a
vision into reality.
Finally, the great
black hole will be
filled in Huron
County. - The med-
