MedQuest is a six week program designed to give students clinical experience. • Steelback parts ways ;with: president BY 'TROY PATTERSON Kincardine News Staff Steelback presi- dent Ian MacDonald is no longer with the Tiverton " Brewery, with no explana- tion given so far as to the reason for his departure. "Ian MacDonald and .Steelback Brewery have decided to part ways," said Steelback spokesperson Annette Borger via e-mail on Friday. "Jon Sherman has assumed the role and responsibili- ties of president and CEO of the company. Steelback remains committed to pro- viding quality craft beers to its valued cus- tomers." A source told The Kincardine News on Friday that MacDonald was no longer the president, after he and Sherman had spoken and agreed on his departure. No other details have been given so far. MacDonald recently launched Steelback's new Kincardine Lighthouse beer taps at the Bruce Bar and Grill and took in the Kincardine Scottish Festival as a beer sponsor. Over the last few months he made regional. headlines over his disagreement with the• Tiverton Reunion's decision not to use the local brewery as its sup- plier for the July 31 -Aug. 3 event. This means that adopted adults and birth , parents can apply for post -adoption birth information from birth records and adoption orders. An adopted adult, 18 years of age or older, can now apply for a copy of his or her original birth registration and adoption order. A birth parent can receive information from the birth registration and adoption order of the child that was placed for adoption once that child turns 19 years old. If you want your identifying information kept private, and if the adoption order was made before September 1, 2008, adopted adults and birth parents can file a disclosure veto.
