The property is currently owned by Gordon T. Montgomery Ltd. and will now be re -designat- ed from `Residential with Lucknow Flood Fringe to Commercial Core .Area with Lucknaw Flood Fringe. The lands will be zoned from residential to seri/lie commercial. :This will now permit the expansion of an adja- cent commercial use with outdoor storage.
