council meeting, the
Planning Advisory
Committee approved the
re -designation and rezon-
*g of part of lot 43 (532
Montgomery Lane). The
property is currently
owned by Gordon T.
Montgomery Ltd. and
will now be re -designat-
ed from `Residential with
Lucknow Flood Fringe to
Commercial Core .Area
with Lucknaw Flood
Fringe. The lands will be
zoned from residential to
seri/lie commercial.
:This will now permit
the expansion of an adja-
cent commercial use with
outdoor storage.
This will see lots 34 -
36 used for the new joint

posed content didn't
have any real teeth and
basically wind energy
companies in implying
their intentions only have
to hold two public meet-
ings, which don't have to
be attended by the
Ministry of . the
Environment. The MOE
just have to. be notified
by the wind energy com-
panies that the meetings
have taken place.

Eadie had some reserva-
tions about wind energy
companies and wanted
further information on.
what the policy is for
these companies in ,hav-
ing to bury their lines.
Eadie believes that a lot
of the health factors
come from these lines
not being properly
