Crime Stoppers of Grey Druce Inc.
recently - returned from the Ontario
Associatiop of Crime Stoppers
Annual General Meeting and
Conference with ' two prestigious
awards. The program received their
awards on June 8 at a conference in
Barrie Ontario:
The conference attracted Police
Coordinators and program volunteers
from amongst the 38 Crime Stopper
programs in the Province of Ontario.
Dolores Brosky, from Kemble, was
honoured with the "Civilian
Achievement Award'of Excellence".
Dolores has . been involved with
Critne Stoppers of Grey Bruce since
it's inception in 1987 and presently is
the Treasurer on the Board of
Directors.
Dolores was honoured for her
exceptional devotion to fundraising
endeavours and other contributions in
the ...name of Crime Stoppers as well
as her 22 years of service to the local
crime fighting initiative.
The presentation was made to
Dolores during the conference ending
gala by the outgoing President of The
Ontario Association of Crime
Stoppers, Pat Gillie.
During the same ceremony Crime
Stoppers of Grey Bruce was once
again honoured.
Dean 'Rutherford, Police
Coordinator, was presented with .the
"President's Award".
He received the honour for his
ongoing dedication to Crime Stoppers
of Grey BruCe . as well as his commit-
ment to : the Ontario Association of
Crime Stoppers (OACS) of which he
is a board member. Dean sits on or
chairs several steering committees
with the OACS and also is the Chair
of the Western Region OPP Crime
Stoppers Coordinator Assembly.
Dean Rutherford resides in
Markdale and is a member of the
South Bruce ` OPP and has been dedi-
cated as the program's Police
Coordinator since 1998.

Anyone and everyone who attended the Lucknow District
Christian School gathered on the school grounds July. 2, 2005 to
mark the 25th anniversary of the school. Guests enjoyed a deli-
cious lunch outside wile chit-chatting away. Lauren Bos has a
