passed away at
Wingham & District
Hospital on Friday,
Jan. 9, 2009 at the
age of 62. She was
born in Toronto on
June 14, 1946. Loved
by daughter Mandy
(Graham) Kerr of
Chesley and grand-
daughter Mackenzie.
Also greatly missed by mother Gladys
Hazelden of Lucknow, sister Donna Hazelden
of Lucknow and nephew Daniel Evans.
Predeceased by father Lester Hazelden. A
memorial, service will be held from St. Peter's
Anglican Church on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009 at 2
pm with visitation: 1 hour prior. Rev. Perry
Chuipka officiating. Spring interment to be held
at Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow. In lieu of flow-
ers, donations to the Heart & Stroke, Kidney
Foundation or Maitland Valley Conservation

enjoyed heuchildhood
growing up on the fam-
ily farm just outside of Lucknow. After graduat-
ing from High School in Lucknow, Edna went
on to graduate from the Toronto Western
Hospital School of Nursing in 1956. Her inde-
pendent spirit led her to nursing Jobs on the
west coast of British Columbia, beginning in
Alert ` Bay, BC, where she met and married
Ernest Samuel :Grebe. She is sadly missed by
her loving family: daughter Anne (Glen) Allison,
sister Jessie (Harold) Maize, niece Connie
Haasnoot (Urban),: grand -niece Marlah
Christie, nephew Doug Stevenson, grand-
nephews Chris Stevenson, Jesse Stevenson,-
and ` D.J. Stevenson, grand -niece Kelly
Stevenson (Ryan), brother-in-law Clayton St.
Louis, nephew Brian St. Louis (Mary), grand-
nephew Eric St. Louis, and grand -niece
Brianna St. Louis, nephew Steven St. Louis,
niece Linda Naganobu (Al). Sisters-in-law Eva
-Bryk, Stella Moss, .Helen, Yurkiew, and Martha
Gibbons (George), brothers-in-law.Andy, Joe &
John Greba, and numerous nephews & nieces.
Edna was pre -deceased by her sister Jean St
Louis (Clayton), brother Lorne Reid, and niece.

held in Lucknow in May 2009. Donations to the

Hospital, Friday, Jan. 9, 2009, of Braemar,
Wingham, formerly of Whitechurch, age 90
years. The' ---•former Agnes Gillespie, beloved
wife of the late Garnet Farrier who prede-
ceased her in 1976. Dear mother of Janis and
Fred Davis of LaSalle and Wayne and Beth
Farrier of Guelph. Loving grandmother of Mark
and Scott Davis, Amy and Jamie Skeoch and
Kim and Alex Grinvauld. Also survived by three
great-grandchildren.- Predeceased by her par-
ents Gibson and Eunice Gillespie, her grand-
daughter Dana Davis in 1985 and her brother
Jack Gillespie. -visitation was at McBurney
Funeral Home, Wingham, on Monday, Jan. 12
and Tuesday, Jan. 13 prior to the funeral serv-

Canada. He graduatedfrom the University of
Detroit with a. degree in Chemistry andretired
as the President of PPG Canada and Vice
President of PPG USA. Jack's :leadership and
personality propelled him through a successful
career with PPG Industries. For more than thir-
ty years Jack steered PPG's field offices and
Corporate Headquarters to continued success
in Albany, : New York : City, ` Portland, San
Francisco, Pittsburgh, Montreal anal Toronto.
While President of PPG Canada, Inc,. Jack
also held a leadership role as a Chairman of
the Canadian Manufacturers Association. He
retired from PPG in 1992 and settled in Naples,
Florida where he enjoyed his friends, his golf,
his garden and his volunteer work with Habitat
for Humanity. He was a hard working, gener-
ous, gracious and forgiving man and he will be
missed by all who had the opportunity tomeet
him and more so by ;those who got to
know
him. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 53
years Doreen, daughter Susan Hanuschak
(David) of Cumberland RI, and sons Paul
(Janet Emmett) of Toronto, Derek .(Kathy
O'Donnell) of New Britain PA, Stephen (Sharon
Ching) of ,San Mateo CA, and .Kevin (Anne
Cannon) of Washington DC. Jack loved his
family and his grandchildren Bill, Molly, Brian,
Nolan, Colleen, Lia, Sara, Sam andQuinn.
Visitation was at Fuller . Funeral Home, 1626
Pine Ridge Road, on Tuesday, January 13. A.
Mass of Christian Burial was held on
Wednesday, January 14, at St. William
Catholic Church in Naples. In lieu of flowers the

1922 in Huron
Township to the late
Irene (Mills) and
William Henderson. Greatly missed by daugh-
ter Valerie (David) Gibson of RR 2, Ripley;
grandchildren: Dan (Trina): Gibson of London
and Julie. (Joseph) Angilella of Doha, Qatar;
and great-grandchildren: Beverly, Chloe and
Macayla. She is also survived by sister-in-law:
Evelyn Henderson of Kincardine and several
nieces and nephews. Predeceased by.siblings
Garnet Henderson, Calvin Henderson. and
Eudora ` Owens. Visitation was . held -from the
Mackenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley,
on Sunday, Jan. 11. A funeral service was held
from the chapel on Monday, Jan. 12 with long-
time friend Betty Elliott officiating. Words of
remembrance were given by granddaughter
Julie and nephew Paul Henderson. Pallbearers
were Donald Farrell, Larry Carter, Brian
MacKay, Mike Pollock, Ken Willoughby and
Fred Henderson. Spring Interment Ripley
Cemetery. Donations made to Ripley Knox
