The company expects to add 250 employees on top of the more than 200 hired in 2008, spokesperson Ross Lamont told Bruce County in a monthly report to council: "A lot of people (are) retiring, many of which we need to 'replace, and we need to staff up so that when the units at Bruce A are restarted that we have the staff for it," Lamont told councillors. "This is great it's bringing many. young families to the area: or allow- ing families to stay in the area." Bruce Power - gets thousands of applications fQr the new jobs, Lamont said.
