EINE POTATOES FROM. SPROUTS
We are in receipt this week of a
mighty fine sample of Irish Cobbler
potatoes grown in. the Exeter School
garden -about four or five to the hill
and as big as potatoes ought to be.
The feature of the case is that *hey
were grown from nothing but the
sprouts of last year's potatoes. No
better sample could be grown from
the very best seed pota,tc,es. The
sprouts were planted in May, and
weedless to say, as becomes a school
garden, the plants were, given the very
best of care.
