"I wanted to give back to the com- munity," said Jansen, 24, who grew up playing minor hockey in Sea - forth, and came home for a two-week Christmas vacation. • ada hosts training camp fPeqWees After graduating from the three- year sports management program at Durham College, Jansen moved to the East Coast where he got a job with Hockey Canada. He now helps run skills camps, teaching youngsters fundamentals of the game like passing and shoot- ing. At the Seaforth camp, the Peewee players even learned safe checking techniques.
