Without any grants the anticipat- ed annual . costs are $1,550 for tra- ditional gravity, $1,410 for modified gravity, $1,511 for STEG and $1,456 for STEP. Asked what would happen if no grants are available, Potter said council would have to decide but added that the environmental as- sessment being completed in antici- pation of grants would be good for 10 years.
