QUALIFICATIONS: • Three(3) Five (5) years experience working in a Bakery department in a food retail environment. • Past supervisory or leadership experience in an assistant managerial or managerial role is an asset. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building leadership and customer loyalty. • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. PC experience a definite asset. • Ability to Understand financial reports and calculate gross profits and employee pro- ductivity. • Able to stand for long periods of time and deal with changing temperatures.
