A spectacular curved staircase greets visitors
who step in to the- foyer of this three-bedroom
family home.
The foyer's 13 -foot ceiling carries into the spa-
cious great room just behind the staircase. Here,
generous windows offer a view to a covered deck
and the back garden beyond, and the gas fire-
place is flanked by entertainment units.
From the great room, an arched entrance leads
to the open-plan dining room and kitchen. The
dining room looks onto a sundeck, where stairs
lead down to the back garden. An optional built -
out buffet will come in handy, providing extra
storage and serving space.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room
by a prep island. The L-shaped counter config-
uration will save steps for the cook, and a raised
counter will offer more working room. Natural
light will flood in through the window over the
double sink.
A second archway leads from the kitchen, across
the corridor to a walk-in pantry. A coat closet
and broom cupboard are located close by.
