ELEVATOR WORKERS
Broadgrain Commodities Inc. operates a grain elevator located in
the Seaforth area and is looking for four seasonal employees to help
us through this year's corn harvest.
During the corn harvest season, our Seaforth elevator operates
24 hours per day seven days a week. Seasonal employees will work
a minimum of 40 hours per week and will be expected to work
weekends and overtime as needed.
It is expected that the harvest season will begin the first week in
November and last for at least six weeks.
Previous experience in a grain elevator would be an asset but it is
not a requirement.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Outside Plant Technician position is a full time,
permanent position that reports directly to the Plant Operations Manager. The
focus of this position is to install, maintain and repair various telecom/data
network elements.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Post Secondary Degree in an applicable field: (Networking, Electronics, etc)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Solid organizational skills
• Cabling & hardware installations
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient knowledge of telecommunication and security systems an asset
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Corresponding with clients, and report directly to plant manager
• Completion and submission of reports, documentation or work/job orders
daily
• Adaptation to both individual deliverables and team responsibilities.
• Valid Class G license
• Installation and maintenance of networks (may include heavy lifting and some
climbing)
• Ability to work flexible hours; on-call outside of regular business hours
