Stratford woman killed in collision On Thursday September 3, 2009 at 2:45 pm, a two vehicle collision occurred at the intersection Road 180 at Line 36 one kilo- metre north of Dublin , West Perth . The male driver of a Dodge Caravan was northbound on Road 180. The female driv- er of a BMW X3 SUV was travelling west- bound on Line 36, failed to stop at the stop sign and drove into the path of the van. The driver of the SUV Rhodora CRUZ, age 59, of Stratford was pronounced de- ceased at the scene. The driver of the van, Robert Newbig- ging, age 54, of Bentinck, was transported to Seaforth Hospital with non -life threat- ening injuries. OPP Traffic Collision Investigator at- tended the scene to survey the collision scene. The intersection was reopened at 8pm. r local Centre for Employment and Leaming.
