The motocross track at Chris Lee's . farm is Canada's motocross melting pot. Larisa Shea is the official vocal- ist for the 2009 Walton TransCan, singing the national anthem for the opening of both the amateur and pro programs on Wednesday and Sun- day, Aug. 16. Larisa, age 10, of RR 5 Seaforth won the TransCan karaoke competi- tion in 2008 with a rivetting perfor- mance of John Lennon's "Imagine." She has been attending motocross races since she was four and loves to come and cheer on and support her big brother Josh and his friends. In 12 games played we have an impressive 49 goals for and only four against. We are getting goals from a lot of different players, 17 out of our 22 players have scored at least one goal. This extends our unbeaten streak to 12 games and we remain in first place in our division. Our next game will be played in St. Columban on Aug. 15 at 5 p.m. against America.
