Obituaries Obituaries WIGGINS, Amy - Passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home for the Aged in Brussels, on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Born in West Wawanosh Township, Ontario, on June 22, 1916, Amy Mildred Wiggins (nee Young) of Brussels, formerly of Seaforth and Dungannon, was in her 101st year. Loving mother of Ruth Ribey (George) of Egmondville, Marion Orser of New Westminster, BC, and the late Eric Wiggins (Lorna) of Langley, BC. Cherished Grandma of Jane Twynham, Earl Ribey (Mary), Anne Ribey (Brent Rose), Catharine Hoornaert (Rick), David Orser (Anja), Deanne Calibaba (Byron), and much loved Great -Grandma of ten and Great -Great -Grandma of two. Dear sister of Fred Young (Donna), Arthur Young, and sister-in-law of Ralph Brodie and Margaret Young, all of Goderich. Amy is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her two husbands, Stanley Orser and William Wiggins, parents John Young and Emma (nee Souch), siblings Grace Gibson (Marshall), Agnes Henderson (Robert), Viola Brodie, Tom Young, and her sister-in-law Isabelle Young. Visitation was held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Friday, June 2, 2017, from 10 a.m. until the time of Amy's funeral service at 11:30 a.m. A reception immediately followed in the Northside United Church Hall and interment took place in Dungannon Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Northside United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated and can be made through McGlynn Family Funeral Home.
