Harness and Mrs. Lamport—were
brought to the Sunday Schoolan auto-
mobiles and each was presented with
a beautiful white flower ,in honor of
the occasion.
MAY LOSE EYE.
Irene, the little three-year-old
daughter of Mr. and Mrs., Milton Rus-
sell of Hay Township, way' the -victim
of a very unpleasant and painful ac-
cident on Wednesday of last week,
which may (result in thedoss of an eye.
The little tat was playing out in the
yard- and going -up to the back of
the manure spreader caught hold of
some of the pins in the cylinder. Just
at that +momieatit :Mr Russell, knot notic-
ing the youngster, set the spreader
in motion, and a number of the re-
volving pins -struck the little girl in
the face, inflicting several very .pain-
ful wounds, one being sent the eye. It
is doubtful if the ,eyef can be saved,
"JU'LIETTE" A SUCCESS.
The three -act comedy' drama, "Jul-
iette" presented by the Murlessr Play-
ers of Seaforth under the auspices of
the Exeter Bowling 'Association ie
the Opera House, Exeter, oneWednes-
day evening of ,last week, was all that
could be desired, and was thoroughly
appreciated by those present. The
.play deserved a much larger attend-
ance, and -those who ,miss,eds±t, missed.
