"It's been interesting watching them grow," she says. She's also been very involved in the creation of SPS's peace garden. "It's been satisfying seeing it de- velop after so much planning and work,". she says. Kale is also hoping to supply teach at SPS. "I couldn't just cut it off - I'd miss the kids too much," she says. Reynolds began her teaching ca- reer in Howick, before settling in at Seaforth Public School in 1973. She's taught just about every grade at the school and her passion for sports has led to coaching positions in volleyball, soccer, bas- ketball, track and field and more. "I've always wanted the kids to do their best," she says. "If it means winning, that's fine, but if it's not, that was OK too.
