The Social Worker will function in close collaboration with all
of the physicians and Allied Health Care Professionals within
the Family'Health Team. As a vital member of the patient
focused team, the Social Worker will provide clinical services in
conjunction with all health care professionals.
The Clinton Fai`nily Health Team is looking for a Social Worker
that has a special interest in children and youth.
The position is 9 hours every other week,
with flexibility in scheduling.

merly of Orillia,on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at
London Health Sciences Centre (Victoria Cam-
pus). Beloved husband and loving companion of
Jacquelyne (Rennie) Mitchell. Dear father of Ken-
neth Mitchell and Denise Singh of Whitby, Kevin
and Kelley Mitchell of Cambridge and Keith and
Christine Mitchell of Waterdown. Loving grand-
father of Alyssa, Bradley, Tyler and Jenna. Re-
membered by his brother John (Connie) Mitchell,
his sister Lucienne Mitchell, all of Orillia, nephews
John and Ross and his brother-in-law Steven
(Kim) Rennie and their family. Also missed by his
buddy Mitch and many friends. Predeceased by.
his parents Frederick John and Juliette (L'Ecuyer)
