That was quite a storm
on Saturday evening. I
guess we were lucky as our
hydro was only out three
hours. Frank and Grace
Dolmage lost some trees
very close to their house,
John and Karen Braecker
also lost an evergreen.
The biggest loss in this
area, was Bryan McClure's
roof on the barn. Brian
Nuhn on #8 also had con-
siderable damages done to
his barn. It certainly was
very windy.
Ruth Axtmann and Mar-
ion Godkin attended the
church service at Ford-
wich United Church last
Sunday. It was presented
by the Women's Institute
Association of Country
Women of the World. Kar-
en Gailbraith spoke of her
working trip to China.
