Research shows that kids -who drink chocolate or .other flavoured milk, drink fewer soft drinks anci, fruit -flavoured drinks than kids who don't drink milk. • As a result they have higher intakes of calcium and phosphorus - two key bone -building nutrients. The unique mix of key nutrients in low fat chocolate milk makes it an ideal post -exercise choice. According to food scientists, chocolate milk contains carbohydrates and protein to help replenish exhausted muscles and it provides flu- ids and electrolytes such -as potassium to help with re -hydration. Also, when combined with exercise, chocolate milk has protein that builds lean mukle.
