Fun and fitness program keeping residents active_
Fun & Fitness started the week for
residents of Queensway Nursing and
Retirement Home as they worked
through their range of motion exer-
cises designed to promote flexibility.
Following exercises, resident volun-
teer, Marjorie played the keyboard,
accompanying residents as they sang
many old familiar songs.
In the afternoon several women
benefitted from manicures in the
sunroom. Lori Burt, RMT worked
with residents throughout her day at
Queensway on Monday, administer-
ing
i 'ster-

Tuesday _ morning, nine breakfast
group participants dined on delicious
homemade potato pancakes made
from freshly grated potatoes and
chopped onions, formed into patties
and fried in butter, served with eggs,
